Karachi Festival Season 2.0 2018

A festival by women for women, took place on the 28th of April, 2018 at Saffron Banquet in Clifton. It was an absolute extravaganza, all women entrepreneurs under one roof, showcasing their creativity, and empowering all other women. The stalls offered a great variety to all the visitors, from clothing to makeup, household goods to stationery items and to finally some scrumptious food. Let’s take you through a flashback at some of the stalls that were present at the festival:

FAR.B:

#TheLazyCrafter had super cute handcrafted items perfect for your study table or even for other decor. While, Silicit had some absolutely mesmerizing paintings at the display which one would simply get lost in. They also had some exceptionally good pebble art!

The Shopping Sea:

They showcased some super trendy jewelry and chic sunshades, all you need to pair with an outfit this summer. The cute studs, rings and the tassel earrings, I wanted them all!

Razzle Dazzle:

This stall definitely added the traditional vibe to the entire festival with their vibrant and sequined display. As I looked at their traditional dupattas with mirrors and goota work, I instantly imagined myself carrying one with a plain white outfit. I’m sure all you girls just did that too by looking at the picture above. Yes, they were extremely beautiful.

Meem:

This was definitely a go-to stall for all those who love chic hand-painted household goods. I couldn’t get my eyes off heir hand-painted tissue boxes and clocks! Oh and they also had some perfect-print-for-summer hijabs.

Vogue Aesthetic:

Our very own brand had its first ever display at the festival and it was a worthwhile experience. All the hard work paid off when we saw our followers flooding the stall with immense love and support. The catchy notebooks and badges were a great hit!

Hyfah Cosmetics:

The local cosmetic brand had their display and the women couldn’t stop drooling over their gorgeous range of liquid lipsticks. The formula is long lasting and the colors are bang on. So glad to see our local cosmetic brands do so well!

Reflection:

They had some fascinating notebooks in all sizes. They were perfect for girls who like to carry funky notebooks to school or college. Their Ramadan Mubarak cards had to be the cutest.

Scoop o Scrub:

They displayed their skincare collection which included scrubs, masks, lip balms and much more. All their items are handmade and they were offering special prices just for the festival, which was definitely a steal deal. Their fruit flavor lip scrubs have to be my favorite!

Crafts:

They had an appealing collection of customized candles, mugs, table mats and much more. They had a solution for all those women wanting to reduce the dullness of their drawing rooms.

Zaynah:

The ultimate destination for all Hijabis. They had a huge variety of hijabs from plain to studded ones, and they were all lovely. They also had a clearance section which was a great hit!

Aneesa Unus:

The jewel paradise that added sparkle at the festival, displayed some extraordinarily beautiful pieces. They had some trendy wrist cuffs, delicate earrings with various stonework and much more.

T.I.N.A:

There Is No Alternative, I love their full form though! A festival without some sweet treats is incomplete hence, this stall added their exceptional sweetness to the festival. BRB, those cupcakes just got me some sugar cravings.

Doh:

To further add to the sweetness, Doh served their fresh and crisp Brazilian Churros that were irresistible. Their Nutella filled churro has all my heart.

Ice Pop Co.:

The perfect dessert to beat the summer heat as well as satisfy cravings. They had some really cool flavors to offer, and the crowd couldn’t resist to pop on one of their Popsicle. The falsa flavor was my favorite!
